Sutton Coldfield is a town inside Birmingham with its own centre. Gracechurch shopping, the local office and medical streets, and residential roads of larger houses produce a quieter brief than New Street, with the occasional busy retail day.
Shops want a retail officer who fits a town centre rather than a city-centre night club door. Managed apartments and larger residential buildings ask about concierge security. Commercial units and locked premises towards the Walsall side of the town sit naturally on a patrol that already comes north, because Aldridge and our office are in that direction.
We do not keep a Sutton Coldfield branch. The town is close enough to Walsall that planned visits are straightforward. Tell us if the site is nearer the Birmingham city end or the Walsall end. It changes the journey.
