Walsall is our home town. Professional Security Services Ltd is registered and based at the YMCA, 1A Small Street, WS1 3PR. When you call, you are calling the office that runs the work, not a call centre that passes you to a depot somewhere else.
The town centre and the retail parks need officers who can work in public, especially on busy shopping days. The industrial estates towards Willenhall and Darlaston are a different brief: gates, yards and units that are empty after the early evening. Those sites are where mobile patrols and key holding earn their place, because a static officer in every small unit is rarely the right cost.
North of the town centre, Bloxwich, Brownhills and Aldridge are close enough that a Walsall-based patrol loop is practical. South and west, the Black Country towns sit on the same road network. We also cover Birmingham and the rest of the region, but Walsall clients get the shortest journey between our office and the site.
The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Saturday, 9am to 4pm. Sunday the office is closed. Operational cover such as patrols and alarm response is arranged separately and is not the same thing as the desk being staffed.
