Mobile patrols
Mobile patrols put a marked officer and vehicle around sites that do not need someone standing there all night. The value is the visit itself: gates checked, doors tried, and a person who can see that a unit has been interfered with. Random enough to be useful
A patrol that arrives at the same minute every night is easy to wait out. We vary the pattern within the window you have paid for, and we tell you what was checked. You should get a record, not a shrug. If you need a guaranteed person at a barrier whenever a wagon arrives, that is a static officer, not a patrol. The difference is explained on our manned guarding page.
Patrols sit naturally with key holding. The vehicle checks the outside. If an alarm is active and we hold keys, the officer can look inside under your instruction. We do not quote a fixed arrival time in minutes. Geography matters: a loop around Walsall and Sandwell is not the same as a single remote site at the edge of the area we cover.
What gets patrolled
Typical stops are industrial units, locked shops, yards, car parks and the outside of offices. Residential complexes sometimes ask for external patrols so residents see a vehicle and a check of gates and bin stores. We will look at the site before agreeing a loop that cannot be driven safely or completed properly.

A first or last visit to confirm the building was secured, where you want that alongside daytime staff.

Questions
How many patrols a night do I need?
It depends on the site, what has happened there before, and whether anyone else is attending alarms. We will recommend a number we can actually deliver. We will not invent a figure to sound busy.
Do patrols replace an intruder alarm?
No. A patrol is a physical check. An alarm tells you something may be happening between visits. Many clients use both, with us holding the keys.
Can the patrol cover several of our branches?
Yes, if they sit on a sensible route from Walsall. Send the addresses. If one site is too far off the loop we will say so rather than padding the quote.
